Wanted: Caretaker Couple in North Texas.
Part-time 20 hours groundskeeping AND 20 hours housekeeping per week in exchange for rent in 2022 great condition 3br/2ba 1,080 sq ft manufactured home partially furnished (TV, master bed, couch, major kitchen appliances, washer, dryer) with utilities provided (electric, water, broadband internet)
Work location is 35 acres and 3 homes. Located 25 mins NE of McKinney and an hour out of DFW / Love Field.
This is a part-time position and is best if couple has an alternate means of income (retirement, medical retirement, VA disability, reliable part time work, etc…) to cover their own personal expenses (personal cell, groceries, transportation, etc…)
Caretakers should please be open to taking direction and open communication.
Duties include: weed-eating, tractor work, spraying, trimming, mail and package collection, handyman, brush hog, mowing, general upkeep, driveway and equipment maintenance, weeding-gardening, fence repair, trash pick-up, sweeping, mopping, dusting, spring cleaning, packing, animal care, pet care, misc, etc…
