Bar NI Ranch
The Bar NI Ranch, a 37,000 acre private guest ranch, is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef during their high season, which is typically mid-June through mid-August. Must have at least one year of pastry cooking experience, preferably at a high altitude setting. Working knowledge of breads, desserts, and pastries. May have other duties such as serving, dishwashing and kitchen cleaning as assigned by kitchen manager. We are looking for someone with a passion to learn and develop their baking skills further. Flexible work schedule, generous budget and fully equipped station. Starting and ending date for this position are flexible. Ideal position for a student.
Compensation includes salary (based on experience), tips, housing, meals and performance based end of season bonus. The housing is a private bedroom and shared bathroom with 1 or 2 roommates. We do not have any family housing available and no pets please.
Must be able to pass a background check.
