We have over 11 1/2 years of experience managing ranches. We are looking for either positions as a couple or individually. Everything from small family ranches to Dude ranches. Our knowledge base is extremely broad.
We are farriers, foaling, training foals, starting and finishing colts, rehab rescue horses, reining horses, roping, cattle, property management, heavy equipment, haying, business management. We are looking for a ranch that has some employment security.
We have experience with everything from kids of all ages to elderly adults. We are wanting to find a place that has some growth opportunities on a ranch. We are self-starters, motivated, extensive knowledge and skills to build and maintain all aspects of the property and equipment. We are honest hardworking and dependable. We are looking for a long-term situation.
We know how to manage all types of relationships and personalities. We have done everything from pack trips for weeks on end, to high profile individuals that have high end breeding ranches. We can ride anything, and love a good challenge.
