Looking for a Ranch caretaker/ Property management position; must be long-term… Absolutely no feed lot.
I have worked in farming and ranching for 20 +years. I have experience with irrigation, including pivots, wheel lines, and flood irrigation. Experience with most ag equipment operations, including tractors, balers, round and square, combine, windrower, rakes, seeding, planting, tillage, etc. I have cattle experience, including calving, feeding, herding (with ATVs and Horses), and herd health, can identify and treat for illness as needed. Experience with horse care and herd health.
I have a lot of experience in welding and mechanical skills, including diagnosing and finding the problem.
I do have my Class A CDL that is current. Have experience with hauling cattle, hay, grain, and some equipment.
I also have quite a bit of heavy equipment operation experience, including Dozers, graders, backhoes, excavators, skidsteers, etc. Experience with fencing, barbed wire, electrical, and rail. Whether it be maintenance or repair, or just a complete rebuild. Have knowledge of spraying weeds with different types of chemicals depending on the type of noxious weed.
I have experience with property maintenance and upkeep, including tree removal, landscaping, trail clearing, facility maintenance, and more.
Looking to find a long-term position, willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
