My fiancée and I are seeking a long-term position with a well-run ranch in Texas. We would prefer to be closer to Graham, TX, but we are open to any strong opportunities with a professional, business-minded operation.

I am a U.S. Army veteran and my fiancée, and I are graduates of the TCU Ranch Management Program. I have experience on both family ranches and some of the largest, most respected ranches in the country. I’m comfortable managing day-to-day operations, livestock care, grazing programs, equipment, and the business side of the ranch. We are both proficient in Excel, and I welcome responsibilities involving P&Ls, cash flows, inventory, and recordkeeping.

Our faith is central to our lives. We are Christians who strive to live with integrity and character. We do not use drugs, alcohol, or tobacco.

What We’re Looking For

  • A ranch operated as a business, not a hobby
  • A position with clear responsibilities and long-term potential
  • A professional environment where stewardship, efficiency, and accountability matter
  • Opportunities to attend events such as NCBA, TSCRA, TCU RM functions

What We Need Provided

  • Nice on-site housing
  • Ranch vehicle
  • Salary with capability for automatic deposit
  • Feed & shoeing for 2-3 horse, or furnished horses
  • Beef

We are currently living in the Texas Panhandle and are seeking one full-time position (male) at this time; however, we work very well together and would gladly look at a couple’s position. We are ready to relocate for the right opportunity.

Resume, cover letter, and references available upon request.
