I am looking to get another Ranch Caretaking Position. I am honest, clean, conscientious, punctual, and hard working. Relocation is highly desired.
I have 25 years of Commercial/Ag Building and Construction Supervisory experience. 5 years experience as a licensed landscape/hardscape groundskeeper in the State of WI. 5 years experience in large property Care/Maintenance. Feeding and reporting on the health of Livestock/Game. My Dog/Dogs and I are highly adept at tracking and removing predators and trespassers as well. I am an avid Hiker/Biker and Newbie Bushcrafter.
I can operate and Maintain most Diesel/Gas powered Implements and equipment. I am a licensed Amateur Radio Operator and am very adept at setting up and maintaining FM communication equipment and simplex networks. I have no issues implementing or learning new pc based software/apps to maintain records and communicate with Property Owners or Supervisors efficiently.
Salary: $30k-$80k/yr. Depending on amenities provided by Employer/Property Owner.
