Looking for property caretaker(s) to oversee and execute the daily operations and tasks of the property.
Full-time, live-in property caretaker(s) for a ranch north of Amarillo, TX.
You will provide ongoing maintenance, repair, and care of the property.
The caretaker(s) will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Operation of Heavy Machinery
- Mowing
- Gardening
- Housekeeping
- Cooking
- Cleaning Garage Buildings and Barns
- Perform Equipment Maintenance
- Diagnose Problems and Contact the Appropriate Vendor(s)
The Caretaker must be mechanically inclined and experienced in mechanical repairs, repair work and lawn/outdoor land maintenance.
Candidates must be self-starters with great attention to detail. This property is seeking a long-term caretaker.
