Triangle X Ranch is ideally located in Jackson Hole’s beautiful Grand Teton National Park. The Triangle X has been owned and operated by the Turner family since it was established 100 years ago. We provide all-inclusive ranch vacations to families and guests from around the world. We pride ourselves on old Western hospitality and are looking for a new team member to help us continue providing an unparalleled guest experience.
As our Maintenance Foreman, you will join a team of 12 year-round employees and approximately 60 seasonal staff members. You will become part of a close-knit ranch family while living and working in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Job Description
This is a year-round position, and we are looking for someone interested in making a multi-year commitment to the Triangle X team.
The Maintenance Foreman is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of approximately 50 ranch buildings, including all aspects of building maintenance and construction. Responsibilities include project bidding, material purchasing, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general building repairs.
In addition to hands-on maintenance, the position includes some administrative responsibilities, including tracking work orders through a computerized maintenance management system.
Property maintenance is only part of the job. This is a working ranch, and responsibilities will also include general ranch work such as:
- Operating farm and ranch equipment
- Haying
- Snow removal
- Hot tub repair and maintenance
- General handyman duties
- Rodent control and mitigation
- Other ranch and property projects as needed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys a variety of hands-on responsibilities.
- Customer-service oriented and a self-starter
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Responsible, hardworking, and honest
- Experience in construction and carpentry
- Experience with plumbing and electrical work preferred
- Comfortable using a computer
- Previous experience operating farm or ranch equipment
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a 10-year criminal background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and participate in random testing thereafter
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary
- 2 weeks paid vacation/PTO

- Meals: Three meals per day provided in our ranch staff dining room for approximately 8 months of the year
