Property Maintenance & Operations Coordinator
(Private Estate / Ranch)

Location: Lake Fork, Texas

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Property Maintenance & Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily maintenance, appearance, and operational readiness of a private luxury ranch and family estate.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in maintaining beautiful properties and enjoys working independently. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for private estates, ranches, or high-end residential properties and will be responsible for ensuring the property is safe, well-maintained, fully operational, and guest-ready at all times.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance of the grounds, landscaping, and outdoor living spaces.
• Operate and maintain tractors, mowers, utility vehicles, and other property equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and general handyman repairs.
• Maintain irrigation systems, water features, docks, and recreational areas.
• Prepare the property before owner and guest arrivals by ensuring all facilities, utilities, and amenities are clean, stocked, operational, and ready for use.
• Restock household and maintenance supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors while monitoring the quality of completed work.
• Identify maintenance issues proactively and recommend solutions before they become larger problems.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining private estates, ranches, luxury homes, or similar properties.
• Ability to operate heavy lawn equipment, tractors, and power tools safely.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and general maintenance skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
