Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hard-working caretaker with ranch management experience to manage daily operations of a 17-acre property sitting in the Frank Church Wilderness Area along the beautiful loon creek river where world class fishing resides. This role combines property maintenance, fencing, maintain hydro/ solar / generator system, routine watering schedule, and general ranch duties. No livestock.
Key Responsibilities
- Property & Facility Caretaker Duties:
- Maintain and repair log buildings
- Maintain fencing & gates
- Maintain sprinkler system, weed control, and seasonal clean-up
- Firewood management
- Operate and maintain small equipment
- Perform minor repairs
- Work independently & collaboratively with other contractors
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in property management & ranching,
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment
- Strong physical stamina
- Ability to work outdoors
- Good interpersonal skills for working with property owners
- Valid driver’s license
