Beyul Retreat, a backcountry adventure lodge meets wellness retreat, is now hiring for a talented Property Manager who will not only be responsible for addressing an array of cabin and property maintenance duties but also for managing a dedicated team of maintenance staff.

Given our remote locale, situated an hour away from the nearest store, the majority of maintenance and repair tasks are conducted in-house. As the Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating these tasks, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our expansive remote retreat center.

This job is for you if you are excited to live in the backcountry, with access to wilderness right outside your cabin door, enjoy fixing broken items, and have an affinity for snow-covered landscapes! Responsibilities

This pivotal role demands a versatile skill set, essential for upholding the high standards of our expansive remote retreat center. From plumbing and electrical repairs to snow maintenance, painting, carpentry, and other property management tasks, the Property Manager will oversee a wide range of essential functions to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities.

In addition to the physical tasks required at Beyul Retreat, there is also a communal aspect to this position, within work and lifestyle. Whether during events, build projects, or daily maintenance, the Beyul Retreat has a small, committed team that requires strong social skills and maintenance. Salary: Net compensation package of up to $80,000 Full time hourly. $28/hr with overtime pay (1.5x pay at $42). 10 PTO days. Onsite cabin (valued at $900/month). 401(k) program. Option to buy Ski pass through Aspen Chamber Association $337/month employee healthcare premium contribution
