Ranch cook/Chef needed for Arizona Dude Ranch.
Average guests size is between 20 to 40 people. Meals are served buffet style. Must be able to help with inventory and food ordering. Will be in charge of kitchen and small staff. Duties include preparing 3 meals a day, managing food prep staff, menu planning, food ordering and kitchen cleanliness.
