Bar NI Ranch
We are looking for a cook with previous long term employment culinary history and/or catering experience to work under the direction of our head chef, with the assistance of a prep cook and dishwasher.
Room and board are provided (sorry, no pets) with access to all of the activities we provide our guests during your time off. Salary is depending on experience. There is also a season-end bonus based on performance. Guest tips are pooled and divided equally among staff.
This position will require cooking and presenting balanced meals to our guests and staff in a calm, professional manner. Skill is important but even more important we are looking for someone that is hospitality-minded and gets along very well with other staff members. We are not looking for someone that has a hot temper, can't communicate effectively with others or is a slave to their own vices (i.e. alcohol, drugs, etc.) A full background check will be conducted before hiring, so please don't waste your or our time if you don't think you'll be able to pass.
Please note this position is seasonal and begins mid-June and ends in mid-November.
