Blackwater Creek Lodge & Guest Ranch (aka True Ranch Collection)
The True Ranch Collection is looking for Ranch Cooks for multiple historic guest ranches. Our small guest ranches host a maximum of about 30-60 guests at a time, depending on the ranch. This position has the potential to work at multiple locations within our collection throughout the year depending on seasonality and need. This position currently has openings for our summer season at Blackwater Creek Lodge & Guest Ranch in Cody, WY and the Circle Bar Guest Ranch in Utica, MT. Immediate start date.
Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation Package: $18 per hour, plus room & board and tips.
Duties include:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Food and supply ordering
- Create weekly menus
- Accommodate special dietary needs of our guests
- Maintain clean kitchen space and assist with dishes/clean-up
- Work professionally and efficiently with other kitchen and ranch staff.
