The ranch cook is responsible for making 2 hot meals (breakfast and supper), plus a bagged dinner or hot depending on the weather. They are to keep the cookhouse and bathhouse clean and take care of 100′ x 60′ garden.
This a cow calf operation and we drive our cattle 53 miles every summer to the Big Horn Mountains. The Cowboys stay up there and cook out of a chuck wagon, but there may be times the cook goes up and makes a meal.
