Currently seeking a Ranch Maintenance + Lodge Assistant couple for a 7,000-acre corporate-owned ranch in Teague, TX. The positions are located on a ranch but is not a ranch position; they will consist mostly of general maintenance and landscaping work.
Ranch Maintenance Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all ranch houses, including those equipped with pools
- Ensure proper functions and safety of all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Perform regular lawn care and maintenance
- Identify potential issues and address them
- Possibly guide hunts if schedules do not conflict with primary duties
- Other duties required as assigned
Ranch Lodge Assistant Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and prepare houses for incoming guests and meet cleanliness standards
- Address any maintenance or housekeeping issues
- Assist with landscaping tasks
- Address guest inquiries and concerns and work collaboratively with other staff to coordinate tasks and ensure great guest experiences
- Other duties required as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have an active driver’s license
- Willing to complete a background check and drug screen
- Some weekend and holiday work required
