Large Ranch looking for someone who is comfortable spending long hours operating equipment, taking care of machinery, can weld and fabricate, and is able to work independently without needing constant supervision.
Horse experience is a plus, but you do not need to be a cowboy or ride every day. There will be times when everyone is needed to help gather or work cattle on horseback, but that will be a small part of the position.
Ideal candidate will have experience with tractors, brush hogs, skid steers and basic equipment maintenance, along with solid welding/fabrication skills. Must be dependable, self-motivated, able to see what needs done, and willing to help wherever needed on the ranch.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $40,000 annual salary
- $500/month health insurance stipend
- Housing provided
- Utilities provided
- Ranch truck provided for use on the ranch
This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who takes pride in their work and wants a steady ranch job.
