Alto Y Ancho Outfitters
This is a hunting ranch located in Encinal Texas. We are looking for someone to help keep the ranch operating with tasks such as: filling feeders, checking water troughs, fixing water leaks, yard maintenance, vehicle/machine maintenance, and just all around ranch maintenance as that changes based on the circumstances.
The qualities I am looking for in an employee would be a motivated self starter, good communication skills, honest, work until a job is completed, problem, solving, be able to identify problems and solutions, and be a team player. Someone that enjoys hunting and knows how to age and score deer would be beneficial but not required as guiding is only a small part of the big picture.
This job has an option for a house and a truck for work use.
