Job description:
We are hiring a full-time Hay Equipment Operator / Ranch Maintenance Technician for a working ranch property in Ivanhoe, Texas. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with experience in hay production, tractor and equipment operation, and hands-on ranch/property maintenance.
Responsibilities: operate hay equipment for cutting, raking, and baling; perform road and property maintenance; operate tractors and ranch machinery safely, including a shredder, bulldozer, skid steer, loader, excavator, and baler; complete routine equipment maintenance and basic repairs; assist with general ranch maintenance and daily operational needs.
Qualifications: experience with hay equipment and tractors required; mechanical aptitude and basic repair skills preferred; able to work independently and solve problems; reliable attendance and strong work ethic; comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
