Job duties include primarily feeding, cleaning pens, tidying up hay rings daily and general ranch work. Must know how to operate a skid steer and tractor when necessary.
This is ranch work, so it’s long hours, be prepared before you apply. Have the ability to repair fencing when needed and install new fencing. It is important to have the mindset that no job is too big or too small, that everything is important.

Requirements: Good communications skills when problems arise. Paying attention to detail and looking outside of your bubble. Cattle in general, cattle illnesses and how to work cattle. Must have cattle experience, we do not have time to train. Such as calving, looking for and doctoring illnesses, herding, etc.
Equine knowledge is a plus but not a requirement. We do not use horses to work cattle, but we do have horses available. A self-driven person that does not need to be babysat. Finds issues around the ranches themselves and fixes them immediately.
