Key Bar Ranch
We are a dairy & hay producing ranch in central east Wyoming looking for a long-term member to come aboard and join our team. We are all hard working and know the value of honesty and teamwork. The perfect candidate will have multiple skills such as:
- Fabrication or general sense of the process
- Mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn new ideas
- Hay/farming background such as alfalfa, grain, proper land management practices
- Safe equipment operation including loader, backhoe, grader, dump truck, and a wide variety of farm equipment
- General construction including complete buildings from scratch as well as the regular maintenance on all facilities around the ranch
- Irrigation with side rolls, pivots, and gated pipe is very important, but would be willing to train the right person
- Be good at working in a team or by yourself completing a variety of tasks throughout the day

Background check/ drug test required. Pay DOE, full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and vacation time.
