Bieber Red Angus Ranch
Bieber Red Angus Ranch is a family-owned seedstock operation with roots in registered Red Angus cattle out of north central South Dakota. Our experience in the beef cattle industry goes back over 50 years. Today, we calve over 900 registered Red Angus, and wean additional ET calves. Each year, we market and sell more than 500 bulls and 400 females in multiple onsite and online auctions. Our ranch staff works as a tight-knit team that is dedicated to helping us produce profitable cattle, in a commercially oriented system.
This is a full-time position with a very competitive compensation package. We are looking for a reliable self-starter, with experience in various ranch work. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities
- Machinery operation and maintenance of farm and ranch equipment.
- Welding and driving truck.
- Cattle nutrition, including feeding in a feedlot setting during winter months and pasture management during summer months.
- Other general ranch duties, including ranch maintenance and building fence.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Cattle handling, including sorting, moving, and working cattle with UTV and on horseback.
