J & G Ranch
We’re hiring a reliable, hard-working Ranch Hand to assist with maintenance and care on our quiet, well-kept 100-acre property. This is a smaller-scale private ranch with just nine animals, but we need someone skilled in equipment operation and outdoor work.
🔧 RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate & maintain tractor, bush hog, mower, UTV, and other equipment
- Mow pastures, clear brush, and maintain trails and driveways
- Feed and check on nine livestock animals
- Clean water troughs and maintain small stock tanks
- Fix fences, gates, and perform property repairs
- Build and work on projects
- Run occasional errands for feed/supplies
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ranch or farm experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Upkeep 3 ponds
- Mechanically inclined – able to troubleshoot & maintain equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic – treats the property like their own
📅 SCHEDULE & PAY:
- Part-time or Full-time hours available
- Flexible scheduling
- Pay based on experience – competitive & fair
