About the Job
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-minded individual to help keep our private Texas ranch in excellent condition — inside and out. This position involves a variety of daily tasks that keep the property, equipment, pool, and workshop running smoothly. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization, and values a steady, respectful workplace.
Responsibilities
- Daily cleanup: Keep outdoor areas, landscaping, walkways, patios, and driveways free of debris and trash.
- Pool & hot tub care: Test and balance water daily, clean skimmers and filters, brush and wipe surfaces, and keep the pool deck neat.
- Equipment upkeep: Clean and maintain all ranch tools and machinery (mowers, blowers, weed eaters, power washers, etc.); store everything properly in the workshop.
- Workshop organization: Keep the barn/workshop clean, safe, and organized so every tool has a place.
- Vehicle care: Operate and maintain small ranch vehicles (mules, golf carts, etc.), checking fluids, tires, and batteries.
- Light handyman work: Replace bulbs, tighten fixtures, handle small patchwork or other simple repairs.
- Be proactive: If something needs attention, take care of it or let us know — no waiting to be told.
