Now Hiring – Ranch Manager & Ranch Development Manager
Turn Key Ranch Development and Comanche Hills Ranch, both family run businesses, are seeking a full time ranch manager and development manager to assist with managing a ranch breeding operation of African exotics and a ranch development business that works for the general public.
This position consists of running heavy equipment, building fence, custom entrances, roads, ponds, land clearing, catching animals, delivering animals, feeding, horse care, baling hay, light mechanic work on all equipment, maintaining all equipment and structures on ranch, and just plain taking care of all the normal parts of a working ranch. Having a knowledge in exotics & horses, welding, running equipment, managing projects, mechanic, plumbing, electrical etc. is a plus. We are willing to train as well.
This is a full time job 8:00a-4:30p Monday-Friday with occasional weekends feeding. We do not supply housing or medical insurance. Pay is based off experience and knowledge of the above. There is opportunity to make commission on animals and outside jobs.
We are looking for a solid honest hardworking individual who is not above any task and has a positive attitude and wants a long term career. Located in Lampasas Texas.
