Private landowner in Southeast Texas seeking an experienced husband-and-wife team for full-time management of a large private property.

The property includes multiple residences, outbuildings, equipment, and land requiring ongoing maintenance and oversight. This is a long-term opportunity for a disciplined, self-directed couple who takes pride in organization, property stewardship, and complete task execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and upkeep of residences and surrounding grounds
• Maintain all homes and facilities to consistent guest-ready standards
• Perform fence repair, road maintenance, mowing/shredding, maintain existing irrigation checks, and water system monitoring
• Provide livestock oversight (limited scale)
• Operate and maintain tractors, utility vehicles, and property equipment
• Coordinate and supervise outside vendors and contractors

Ideal Candidates

• Strong mechanical aptitude (carpentry, plumbing, electrical basics)
• Experienced in operating and maintaining property equipment
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Professional, discreet, detail-oriented and highly organized

Requirements

• Minimum three years of ranch, farm, or estate management experience
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
• Physically capable of performing duties
• Basic computer literacy
