Duties include maintenance and repairs on our equipment from ATVs, pickups, trucks, tractors, implements to heavy diesel equipment. We swap major components so basic mechanical experience is sufficient. We also build our own buildings so welding, carpentry and concrete experience would be appreciated. Machining experience is a plus. You would also help with other aspects of the day to day work from operating equipment to cattle work. We are willing to teach the right candidate.
This a diverse challenging job that would be great for someone looking for variety. Someone with millwright/maintenance experience would do well. Having a good attitude, being appreciative, passionate and persistent as well as taking pride in your work by paying attention to detail, keeping the shop clean and organized are the key traits we are looking for.
