Jumpin' Jack Ranch
We are seeking a managerial couple for well-kept, private resort/residential ranch property in Ennis, Montana.
Duties are broken into two groupings, with specific physical and experiential demands:
MANAGEMENT & UPKEEP OF RANCH PROPERTY
Duties include (but are not limited to) fencing, irrigation, well work, building maintenance (barn, workshop, ranch office, and owner house exterior needs, etc.), supervision of outside vendors, creek and meadow maintenance, tree and plant maintenance, sporting clays range management, fishery management, and other miscellaneous capital improvements and amendments.
MANAGEMENT & UPKEEP OF OWNER HOUSE OPERATIONS
Duties include (with the support of outside assistance) cleaning and upkeep, shopping and stocking food and supplies, (limited) assistance with meals, and support in the preparation for variable guests and groups.
The majority of the above will pertain to the summer months. No livestock.
Well-appointed two-bedroom house provided, with garage, fenced-in yard and greenhouse – utilities covered, plus a Ford 250 for manager use.
