PSI Seminars
Need a cook/chef that is experienced in cooking meals for large group of people (50-80) Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, special meals, dietary meals, etc. April-Oct 2024 we will be holding our educational seminars at a private retreat in the mountains of Pecos New Mexico 1-2 weeks per month.
You will be responsible for pre-ordering all food and supplies from Sysco to be delivered, you will have some light lifting and prep work, you will be experienced in cooking different styles/flavors of meals each day of event, make sure snacks and liquids are available throughout week, run errands if needed, etc.
Classes are scheduled for the entire year of 2024 so you will know how to plan for the events. Classes can vary in size from 40-100. Need to be able to work with high energy people in a positive environment. First event early April you will be trained through the week.
