General ranch work, calving, fencing, haying and general maintenance, can learn and do just about anything, including building repair, irrigation repair,. This year we calved out just under 1000 head, would prefer full time but would consider someone for the summer to help with haying and fencing.
Salary:
Depending on experience and willing to negotiate, offer housing, some meat and groceries, and after 2 years money is put into an IRA
