Breakfast Cook

Hours 5am – 1-2pm

Start mid May thru September 25 


Primary responsibilities to cook breakfast 6 days week for 125 staff and guests:

Cook for staff /a la cart 50 staff from 7:00a- 7:30a ~ Cook for guests 7:30a – 8:30a (75 guests)

• competent breakfast cook, to cook eggs to order and daily specials
, all breakfast prep, could include daily specials, fruit trays, pancake prep, potato prep, meats
• work with Chef or owners to create daily breakfast specials
• additional prep work , could include, salad bar, lunch or dinner, appetizer prep
• maintain clean work area, assist in deliveries
