Assist the Head Chef with guest and staff meals (30-35 guests and 18-20 staff). Baking and dessert experience is a plus. This is a great position for someone that enjoys being creative, loves the outdoors and wants to work in a family-oriented environment.
Compensation includes a monthly salary, gratuities, end-of-season bonus, housing, and meals. Salary is dependent upon experience.
We're located in the heart of Wind River Country in Dubois, Wyoming. We're surrounded by hundreds of thousands of acres of wildlife habitat, National Forest and Indian Reservation so outdoor recreational opportunities abound and the fly-fishing in the area is fantastic. We live and work as a family for the season, creating incredible memories for our guests and for ourselves!
