Responsibilities:
- Confidently learn 14 large private ranches.
- Safely transport hunters to and from the field.
- Safely & reliably guide a multitude of clients from all over the US for Rio Grande Gobblers. This includes being able to call birds into shotgun & bow range.
- Help assist in guiding exotic big game hunts when necessary.
- Help with Feral Hog eradication.
- Maintain numerous wildlife feeders.
- Scout & set up pop up bow blinds.
- Operating trail cameras.
- Take respectful photographs of the clients and their game.
- Engage, entertain and serve clients.
Requirements:
Must be dependable, hardworking, self-motivated, honest, possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record, have references and pass a background check, willing to submit to random drug/alcohol testing and be in good physical health to accomplish job responsibilities.
Salary: Ranch work $17.00 an hour, daily guide & cook wages including tips average $375.00 per day.
