Red Horse Mountain Ranch
Red Horse Mountain Ranch each year hires 20 to 30 seasonal staff who have a mature self-starter attitude, strong customer service and guest care attitudes, strong communication skills, and who appreciate being in the outdoors. Staff members must have a flexible attitude in their work responsibilities and have the expectation to help in any area of the ranch operations. Staff members can expect long work days, housing & meals provided, and a summer you’ll always remember.
Bartender, Kitchen Assistants, Housekeepers/Servers, Chefs, Wranglers, Kids Program Wranglers, Massage Therapists, and Ranch Hand positions are available.
Generally, seasonal employees will live on the ranch in our employee housing. Each employee will have a roommate. Most often, seasonal employees will need to arrive at the ranch in early May for our training periods and will need to be available for work until the first part of October. In rare cases it may be possible for an employee to shorten their work time at the ranch because of returning to college. These early departures will occur around the end of August.
