We are currently accepting applications for:

Cabin Crew/Housekeeping: Candidates must be well-organized, meticulous individuals, who work well with others. Duties involve daily cabin cleaning, laundry, nightly turndowns, weekly turnovers of all cabins, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of common areas.

Kitchen/Waitstaff: We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our kitchen crew. If you have a culinary background, serving experience, or just love to bake cookies and bread, we have various positions open.

Wranglers: We are looking for responsible and hard-working horsemen/women to join our barn crew. Every morning our wranglers gather our herd of 100 horses from the pastures that we graze. These pastures can be in thickly wooded areas, on hillsides and mountaintop meadows, and gathers can range from less than an hour to more than two depending on where they are at. Our trails vary, but most are in mountainous terrain and they span between 2 – 8 hours. Applicants must be comfortable and confident outside of an arena, as we teach our guests to ride on the trail. To be considered for this position, we do require a video of you tacking up and riding, in addition to filling out an application. Teaching experience and backcountry skills are a plus!

Kid’s Wranglers/Peanut Butter Parents: Our kid’s program is at the heart of our ranch. This role involves caring for our younger guests (6-12), spending your days inspiring a sense of adventure, and excitement in the saddle while teaching riding and promoting a safe and fun environment for growth and independence. Childcare experience is required, being comfortable on and around horses, and riding instruction experience is a plus!

Office Flex: This position entails a bit of everything – from answering calls, social media content, assisting in guest services, airport pickups, town errands, tracking store inventory, as well as other office/ranch duties. It’s perfect for those who like variety throughout their week. Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 or older.

Choreperson: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is outgoing and a self-starter. As choreperson you are asked of many different tasks, from lighting stove fires around the ranch, chopping wood, daily irrigation, assisting in cookouts, baggage and airport runs, in addition to other various daily/weekly ranch chores. Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 or older.

Maintenance Position: Are you a carpenter, contractor, or handyman? We are looking for someone with experience who is ready to spend their summer working on a variety of projects around a 100-year-old ranch. We have buildings, furniture, and general areas that would benefit from some extra attention from a skilled worker who values rich history and the integrity of craftsmanship. Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 or older.

Hiking/Fishing Guide/Naturalist: This a flex position for a guide who enjoys educating and sharing their love for the outdoors with our guests. If you have fly-fishing experience, our ranch sits on the Gallatin River and we have fishing access to Yellowstone Park. This role will require someone who is willing to jump into whatever is needed for the day, as we are a small ranch and everyone helps each other out when needed. Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 or older.
