7D Ranch
Spend your summers in the spectacular Sunlight Basin at 7D Ranch, cooking western cuisine for guests and staff! The ranch is just 7 miles “as the crow flies” from Yellowstone National Park.
The town of Cody, Wyoming is just 1 hour away and has lots of western culture to partake in throughout the summer. This is a great opportunity for anyone that loves the outdoors and enjoys working in a beautiful environment. Horseback riding, hiking and fishing are popular activities with all of our staff.
The Assistant Cook and Baker takes direction from our Head Cook and helps prepare three meals a day (50-55 people each meal). We are looking for one general Assistant Cook and one baker. The 7D Ranch has a reputation for top-quality home-style cooking. Meals include family style service in the dining hall, outdoor barbecue cook-outs and camp-style cooking for brunch rides. We also raise our own Black Angus beef cattle and pigs.

Our guest season is June 2nd -September 17th, 2017. Staff begins arriving mid-May. Benefits include a competitive monthly salary, room (private cabin), board, end of season bonus, one day off per week and access to ranch activities. EEOC
