Marble Mountain Ranch
Marble Mountain Ranch is looking for a healthy, active couple/family to assist with ranch operations. We are a guest ranch in Northern California with various seasons. We have a summer Dude Ranch Season, fall Fly fishing season, and a winter and spring season of ranch maintenance, repairs, gardening, and horse training. Each of these seasons require different skill sets and involves various hours of work with the summer being the longest days and the winter and spring being the most demanding physically. This is a job that provides a life style rather than a financial career path.
Couples must be comfortable being in a very remote area and must each have skill sets in at least 3 of the following areas:
- Wrangler
- Ground Maintenance
- Firearms
- Handyman / Construction
- River Guide
- Housekeeping/Cooking
- Mechanic
- licensed/Insurable Driver
Pay:
Primary Position – $40,000/year – Based on approximately 40 -50 hours a week, varies with the season.
Benefits – 3 bedroom/2 bath home includes water, garbage, electric utilities. Propane and phone for house paid by occupant.
Secondary Position – Hourly Rate based on skill set and job. Seasonal work of up to 40 hours a week. Off season work based on skill sets.
