Diversified farm operation is looking for a full-time, long term person with experience but will train if required.

Tasks include but not limited to:

1. Operating a sprayer (priority)
2. Operating a tractor: haying and dry land farming
3. Operating a combine
4. Operating a tractor and grain drill
5. Drive semi-trailers (CDL appreciated)
6. Basic mechanical repairs and servicing of equipment
7. Repairing or install fence
8. Feeding cattle with tractor and processor (large square or round bale)
9. Other duties

Work Criteria

1. Six days a week, averaging 10 hour a day depending on the season.
2. Be fit and ready for work on time.
3. Leave drama at home.

Housing

1. Bunkhouse available.
2. Must be kept clean and subject to inspection.
3. No drugs
4. Pets subject to approval. If approved, pets must be tied up when unattended. They must not be a nuisance to cattle.

Requirements

1. Pass drug test.
2. Background check.
3. Must have a personal use vehicle.
4. Physically fit
5. Good work ethic with willingness to conduct tasks in the manner the owner requests.
