Maintenance and upkeep of owner homes as requested by owner. Maintenance and upkeep of Lodge, Guest House, cabins and ranch structures for HOA. Reports and coordinates with Ranch Manager. Should be well organized, and possess a “team player” attitude. Will assure that all ranch facilities are ready for owner/guest occupancy, and must possess a self-motivated work ethic. In addition, on an “as-requested” basis, the service technician will provide a similar service to homeowners and lot owners with direct coordination of the Ranch Manager.
Facilities maintenance. Under Ranch Manager's supervision, oversee all maintenance and structural longevity functions for all facilities.
5 years experience/background in facilities management and maintenance. Must be proficient in the operation of various pieces of snow removal equipment/ heavy equipment. Clean DMV record. No past criminal history. Subject to background check and drug screening. Must possess effective written and oral communication skills and be computer literate. Be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
