General upkeep and maintenance on small (500 acre) Family Ranch. Flexible on hours from minimum of 16 hours a week – (no weekends), up to Full time if preferred.

Mow and weed eat at houses, pest control, feed cattle during winter, spray mesquite, drive tractor for mow-cut-bale seasonally, cut wood, fix fence, keep feeders full, equipment maintenance. Also open to a couple working together – to include cleaning of the living quarters as needed.

Salary: $15-$20 dollars an hour dependent on Experience/Capabilities- FT or PT; Paid Vacation with FT employment – No Weekends – Paid Holidays.
