Tallulah Headwaters
We are looking for a strong, energetic, capable person (or couple), with a varied skill set, to assist us with property maintenance and care, as well as assisting with our grading/excavation/hardscape business in Western NC / Northeast GA.
Skills desired include some basic carpentry, basic electrical/plumbing, hardscape/landscape work. Operation of (or assisting with site prep around) heavy equipment, mechanical skills, welding, woodworking knowledge all a plus, but not necessary – more important than anything is a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and do whatever is necessary to get the job done for our clients, and assist us on property, from running errands and trash runs, to assisting in the building of structures, tree removal and other tasks.
Must like animals (dogs/cats), as we have them on property, and MUST be comfortable with remote living – we are 40 minutes, one way, to the closest town! No pets and kids preferred, but can be discussed with the right candidate/couple.
Housing, with all utilities paid, ATV provided; salary, DOE.
